我们平时在做防雷项目的时候,地网接地工程估计也是遇到最多的,但是也是很多人咨询的最多的,特别是很多接触防雷不久的人,对接地材料都不是很清楚,更不用说去利用他们好好的做一个低电阻的接地地网了,因此,今天科盛嘉防雷给大家介绍一下有哪些接地材料,日后大家对材料不再陌生,至少也能多少说的上材料名字和初步了解他的性能了。

首先,我们最常见也是最基本的就是角钢和扁钢了,这个是每个基础地网所必须的,一般角钢长2.5米,在土壤不是很好的地方,可以适当地减短,将角钢打入到地下,然后横放扁钢与角钢焊接,两个角钢的横向距离大约是其长度的两倍。扁钢的长度根据地网的大小周长来定,一般40米,60米,80米甚至更大。

防雷接地模块

第三,铜包钢接地棒,一般土壤电阻率大的地方代替角钢使用,综合了铜和钢的优点,既具有铜良好的导电性能、抗腐蚀性能;又具有钢较高的机械抗拉强度,铜包钢接地棒(带螺纹型)是选用柔软度比较好,含碳量在0.10%-0.30%优质低碳钢,采用特殊工艺将高导电的电解铜均匀的覆盖到圆钢表面,厚度在0.25-0.5mm,该工艺可以有效的减缓接地棒在地下氧化的速度,螺纹是采用轧辊螺纹槽加工螺纹,保持了钢与铜之间紧密连接,确保高强度,具备优良的电气接地性能。

第四,紫铜排,也是适用于土壤电阻率大的地方,紧靠角钢扁钢,降阻剂,接地模块不能解决的话,可以代替扁钢使用,效果更加好,在高土壤电阻率地区,能有效的降低地网接地电阻,经多次大电流冲击后,阻值不增大,无变硬、发脆、断裂等现象产生。

第五,也是非常重要的一个,就是离子接地棒了,降阻效果非常好,使用寿命也长,一般用于几千的土壤电阻率都可以,但是就是造价成本太高,一般的地方用不起。该产品需要用钻井机钻一个直径30CM的孔,根据使用型号得不同,深度为1.5-3.5米不等,可以与降阻剂混合使用,效果更佳。

It has good electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of copper, and has high mechanical tensile strength of steel. Copper clad steel grounding rod (threaded type) is made of high-quality low carbon steel with good flexibility and carbon content of 0.10% - 0.30% The thickness of electrolytic copper is 0.25-0.5mm, which can effectively slow down the underground oxidation speed of grounding rod. It is generally used for thousands of soil resistivity, but the cost is too high to be used in general places. This product needs to drill a hole with a diameter of 30cm with a drilling machine.
